Your new leather accessories will be expertly handmade in our home studio to your exact specification but there may be slight variations including thickness and finishes of material used. Each characters are stamped individually on the leather; therefore, characters may not be perfectly straight, alignment between letters may not be exactly the same and indentations may vary. These variations should not be considered as imperfections but a unique sense of characteristic.

Vantler Leather proudly uses full grain vegetable tanned leather for our products, setting it apart from other leather options. Neither pigment dyed nor oiled, the tanning process of each cow hide comes from vegetable matters such as tree barks and leaves, which creates the natural, bare skin look to the product. 

Our leather gets better with use. The more you expose the products to natural oils and other elements, the better it become, making it even unique. 

To protect your leather goods, we recommended:-

• Avoid prolonged contact with water
• Wipe off surface dirt with clean damp cloth and let it air dry
• Avoid over-exposure to direct sunlight as it will darken the leather
• Apply leather moisturiser to enhance the lustre of your leather goods

At Vantler Leather, we aimed to process and dispatch your order between 3 to 5 business days from the day you completed your order. Some items may takes longer.

All orders are made and dispatched from our home studio in Adelaide, Australia. Once dispatched, please use the below shipping time as a guide.

Australia

Please allow additional 3 to 5 business days* for metro area and up to 2 weeks for remote area via standard shipping. Express shipping generally takes about 1 to 2* business days.

International 

All international order will be dispatched via DHL eCommerce with tracking. Please allow additional 5 to 14* business days for delivery.
