Shipping & Delivery

Vantler Leather is currently one-woman show, with some help from her husband. Since all our item are made to order, we aimed to process and dispatch your order within 3 to 5 business days from the day you completed your order. 



Australia order less than $30 will be dispatch via Priority Letter (non tracking) via Australia Post to keep the cost low. Registered and Express is available at checkout for peace of mind. Compliment free tracking for order more than $30.

Domestic shipping generally fulfilled through Australia Post and Sendle with estimated shipment time of 3 to 8 business days. Express shipping with Australia Post generally takes about 1 to 2 business days.

International orders are fulfilled with DHL eCommerce with tracking, with estimated shipment time of 8 to 14* business days (2-3 weeks). 



Please note that delivery time frames may be extended due to peak season (Sales or Christmas) and other unforeseeable events. Vantler Leather is not liable for the delays caused by the carrier. We can never guarantee a delivery date and the dates stated above are for estimation. 

Vantler Leather is not responsible for an order marked as 'Delivered'. Please ensure all information is accurate when ordering or email us to reconfirm of delivery address. However, if you have not receive your order after it is 'delivered', we are happy to work with you together to solve the issue.



Please be aware that international duties and taxes may apply to you. These are something that is outside of our control and varies in cost from country to country. In most cases, our products will be under the threshold and so no charges will be payable. 

Vantler Leather is not responsible for delays due to custom and these costs are not included in the shipping cost. If you are concerned, we highly recommend getting in touch with your local customs office to enquiry or use the below calculator tool for reference.

Please email us immediately at with the subject title 'CHANGE OF ADDRESS'. Please provide your full name, invoice number and new address. We will do our best to make the amendments before your order is dispatched.



To keep cost low, order less than $30 will be dispatch via Priority Letter (non tracking) via Australia Post unless upgraded to registered, express or have an order more than $30. Compliment free tracking for order more than $30.

Once your order has been packed and left our studio in Adelaide, you will receive an email with the tracking number to track the progress of your order (for order with tracking). Should you have any concerns with your delivery including delays, please kindly contact us at with your full name and invoice number. We will look into this matter as soon as possible. 



If an order is returned to us due to incorrect delivery address provided to us, we will contact you within 24 hours to organise another new address.

Please note that the cost associated with re-shipping is to be responsible by buyer.
