CANCELLATION

We gladly accept cancellations. You must contact us within 24 hours of purchase to request a cancellation. Once we have begun to process your order, it is not possible to cancel.   

 

EXCHANGE

Please email info@vantlerleather.com within 3 days of receiving your item(s) with your full name, order number, and state the reason for exchange, and the alternate item(s) you would like instead. Please note that we do not offer refunds, or exchanges on SALE items.

To be eligible for exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Customised item(s) are exempt from being exchange. 

Please note that we do not reimburse shipping cost for exchange and will send the exchanged item back to you at your cost within 3-5 business days.

 

RETURNS

Please email info@vantlerleather.com within 7 days of receiving item(s) with your full name, order number and state the reason for your refund. Please note that we do not offer refunds, or exchanges on SALE items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty. Customised item are exempt from being returned, unless they arrive damaged or defective.There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable). You will be notified by email once the transaction has taken place.
